Policy and Program Coordinator – Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Investment Board (BECWIB)

The Buffalo & Erie County Workforce Development Consortium, Inc. (WDC) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Policy and Program Coordinator to support the Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Investment Board (BECWIB). This senior-level position reports directly to the WIB Executive Director and requires a high level of independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The Policy and Program Coordinator will assist the Executive Director in all administrative and policy responsibilities in accordance with federal and state workforce development statutes.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000
