Intake/Data Entry Specialist: Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center (WBDCC)

The Intake/Data Entry Specialist performs administrative, customer, and technical support duties for the Workforce Buffalo Downtown Career Center (WBDCC) programs. Work includes providing initial information and orientation to customers on available services, as well as the process for receiving services. The specialist will be responsible for initial intake assessments to determine customer eligibility and workforce needs. $50,000.
