Youth Career Navigator

The Youth Career Navigator will facilitate out of school youth and young adults with access to services and programs that best align with their needs in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations. The incumbent is responsible for facilitation of youth’s connection to WIOA youth service providers; links to training and employers for workforce solutions; services such as employment readiness, basic labor exchange services, job searches, and career exploration and financial literacy.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000.
