Lead Case Manager: Erie County Healthcare Careers (ECHC) Grant

‍Summary:

This is a professional level position with responsibilityfor coordinating the Erie County Healthcare Careers (ECHC) grant.  The position will provide daily operationalleadership, supervision, and direction to a comprehensive education, training,placement and follow-up program, serving low-income individuals.  The Lead Case Manager must have excellentinterpersonal skills in order to interface with staff, participants, WIB andWDC staff, local, state, and County officials, ECHC partners, faith-basedorganizations, community development entities, the business community, variousboards and the general public.  Thisposition requires knowledge of workforce development practices and programming,dynamics of the workplace, basic educational training, vocational training,placement, follow-up, support services and information management. Salary $55,000-$60,000
